SHIPPING POLICY
All of our orders are shipped through Australia Post from Melbourne (metro).
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.

You will receive a confirmation of dispatch email, along with a tracking number which is able to be tracked at www.auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
Refer to Australia Posts shipping timeframe estimates on their website.
If an order becomes missing throughout transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry through Australia Post.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to crystals being unique, natural objects sourced from mother earth (or processing factory if polished/shaped), no two crystals are the same. Therefore, we will always aim to do our best to show each crystals unique characteristics. Hence, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind.
All refunds or exchanges are at Maja Crystals discretion. In order for a return or exchange to be honoured, all items must be returned to Maja Crystals in the same condition as when it was shipped to you from our business, at your own cost.
