Gua Sha Rose Quartz
HOW TO USE: Ensure that your skin has been cleansed and is clear from any make up. Apply an oil to your face and neck, we recommend our Eternal Youth Facial Oil blend.
Begin by gliding the Gua Sha along the back sides of the neck from the shoulder up to the base of the neck. Then do the same starting from behind the ear, down to the collar bone in a downward motion. Next move to the front of the neck and very gently glide your facial tool from the base of the neck up to under the chin.
Now, moving onto the face, start at the middle of your chin and glide the tool just under the jaw line, ending under the ear. You should use the flat edging of your Gua Sha for this step.
Next, using the same motion, starting from the middle of the chin, glide the facial tool along the edge of the chin to up under your ear.
Moving to the top of the lip, start under the nose and glide the tool along the skin, stopping once you reach the cheek bone. Then, using the flat edge of your Gua Sha, start at the mid point of the jaw line of the right side of your face and glide the facial tool vertically up to the cheek bone, just over the jaw bone to release muscle tension. Using the biggest wave of the stone, start at the nose and glide it horizontally along the cheek bone, into the hair line.
Now move to under the eyebrow, using a flat end of your stone, start in at the nose and follow it under your eyebrow.
Moving to the forehead, using the biggest wave of the stone, start at the middle of your forehead and glide it horizontally across into the hairline. You can repeat this but instead glide vertically instead of horizontally.
Now repeat all of this on the other side of your face and neck!

TIPS: We recommend storing your crystal facial tools in a cold place, such as a fridge. The coolness absorbed will add extra benefits especially for puffy, inflamed skin.
Drink lots of water after using your facial set as this will help remove the toxins.
